How to track your emails
Instant message platforms like WhatsApp or Viber are very famous in those days. But we still use Emails for professional works.
When you send a message via an instant message platform we can know whether the message delivered or read. But in emails, we cannot. For most of the email platforms we use, we cannot see this feature by default. Most of us use Gmail. So, I’m going to talk about, how to add this feature to Gmail.
You can search as Mailtrack and add to chrome. This will install the extension to your chrome browser. When you start this initiative, you have to give access to your Gmail through Google. After this extension can track every single mail automatically.
When you sent an email, there are two ticks in front of the email. The first tick is for delivery detail and the second one is for reading receipts. The speciality of Mailtrack is, when you log in to your Gmail from another device, you can see the ticks in your Gmail.
You can add the extension for your Android Gmail app also.
This Mailtrack is free and unlimited. But in every email use send, has a signature as Mailtrack. To remove this, you have to buy the Pro version.
Anyway, this Mailtrack is a really simple extension and cannot get for information. If you want to know more details like what is receiver’s operating system, receiver’s browser, receiver’s location, if the receiver clicks the link in the mail etc., there are extensions for that.
You can use Bananatag extension for these. You can add this extension easily like previously. Bananatag allows to track only 5 mails per day. To extend this limit, you have to buy their pro version. This a little bit high priced.
